Opportunity

Ever watch Groundhog Day? I saw another one about Christmas... A man dealing with his ex-wife and in-laws as well as his son. Similar to Groundhog Day, this one goes beyond all situation in that very same day. Until he go so tired of all of it, he decided to do a change for once.

The truth of the matter is... we all go through the same thing in life. We may not relive the very same day, but we do come to the point that nothing we do is new under the sun. Our whole life is one big day, we witness many things and results, many consequences still comes out the same.

When the day when we finally find out that life is a big routine, we will find a void in our hearts. Then, we look into something further. Many come to the point to think that there should be more to life than what is in front of them. Some people think about eternity and beyond.

The bible tells us that our life is only a short phase of our existence, for what is truly our there lies in eternity. So for our very existence on earth, is pretty much like Groundhog days... Opportunity given by God to prepare for eternity and when we get it right and fulfill what God had intended, we will get out of this loop and move on to something better.
