Michael Angelo paints this infamous picture of God reaching out to man. But of course, this is merely a picture that depicts the surface of the whole truth.

I am overwhelmed by the fact that I am simply a useless and unworthy creature and such that I have found favor in God's grace shows me how much God loves and understands me. Thinking about how humanity tend to figure things out in our heads of what is and should be the right way to life, we have always come to be mistaken all the time.

God's grace then reaches out to not only the heart but mind and saves us... save someone like me, and tells me "I want you". Uncle Sam has nothing on God.
