Get Ready For the Human Race

The human heart is so very weak...

I was watching an old animation a few days back called 'Titan A.E.' This might be the 3rd time watching it and its one of the more interesting movies I've watched, for the story. The story depicts the survival of the human race, in the midst of aliens throughout the universe, where earth is already destroyed by another alien race.

The story paints a picture of the will of humanity, the resilience of it and the strength that comes from the heart of man to fight for a future. It is so greatly portrayed that it is the very thing that caused the alien race to seek the destruction of the human race. This plot is not unique, in the sense that there are many other movies out there that adopts this line of value of humanity.

But I thought to myself... that would be interesting to see how intimidating the human race is and how strong it is for humans to fare in the midst of a life form alienated from earth. Because as of what I know and see, as well as being described in the bible, humanity is fragile and weak. We are bounded by sin and doomed to fail and yet what movies depict of us is far from how God sees and describe it to be.

Get Ready For The Human Race... yes because we are destructive to ourselves!
