Conflict is an area of interests and talk during this period of my life, simply because I am taking a class about it as well. Conflict is really something that can cause such dissension simply and for that very reason is that everyone have different personality that dictates how thoughts and emotions are being processed.
I have taken the personality test a few times already throughout these few years and I have been consistently coming up with the same result, and there by confirming more and more the kind of person I am. Somehow having to go through my results and the analysis of it reaffirms who am I naturally and teaches me about my tendencies and explains a lot about the responses that I generate in my thoughts and emotions.
But having to learn about others would also tend to teach me a lot, as it teaches me how to understand people more about the way they communicate. By no means does it solve conflict but it does however help foster better approach to those we are having conflict with.
Even for people that we do not have conflicts with, it is rather an enhancement of bonding between 2 people. People who are close to us, our spouse, our children, parents and so forth, we all would benefit from learning about their personality.
Get to know your personality, you will start to see life a little more different.
