I am comforted today as I read a case about a young pastor and his journey into ministry, learning, growing and facing challenges together with his wife. So much of his testimony portray God's sovereign care and leading that gives me hope because of the down to earth struggles that he faces. From the mysteries of casualties in life, the dryness of spiritual battle, marriage struggles and personal trust in this calling of his.
I have always seen this journey to be one that is lonely and it is attested by many who have walked before me, but it is so much comfort that these testimonies are being voiced out that I may find hope in what I go through so much of it. I thank God for using broken vessels like me for His purpose, one that leaks water along the path...
Such is the beauty of brokenness and the mystery of the ministry of grace. Just he has used through the generations of old, God is still working miracles among the broken.
