Faithfulness Celebrated

First signs of snow is here...

The fall season is one that often seen to be one that is gloomy and depressing, where there are clouds blanketing the skies and the sun is in hiding in the midst of the day.

The sun is still hiding but something is different at the end of the year when snow makes its entrance. Almost like a compensation for the darkness of the cold winter where the whiteness of the snow comes and bright a brighter sight to the atmosphere.

I am now on a 3 hours train visiting family for Thanksgiving... listening to Christmas songs with the view of white covered roofs along the way. I am looking forward to Christmas, I am looking forward for something to lift my spirits. The year has been rough with so many things that is going against my way and even if it does go my way, it is not going without a fight.

But such is a year where God has been absolutely faithful and has come along in so many occasions that has left me with surprise. This gives new meaning of walking through the valley of shadow of death.

I need to end the year on a high. I am making a conscious effort to find God's fingerprints captured and remembered and lastly celebrated
