Christ died my death, so there is no more death for me but only glory
~Josef Tson~
My heart suddenly thirst for God's words like I have been dying without it for a long time. So the quench that comes from it is like a relief with the oceans vastness and depth.
Much of my fears stems on earthly matters and conflict between earthly circumstances. I appreciate life as best as I can and everything that it offers but fears comes with it as it cripples so much that we do. Fear conforms in many ways that it can blind us from even recognizing that it is fear that is plaguing us in how we see things and the way we make decisions.
The one way to recognize that we could be living in fear is when we are unable to do exactly the bible tells us to do. In an instance, whatever that is holding us back from being obedient to scripture is simply fear itself.
The deception of fear leaves us thinking that the unfortunate circumstances on earth is more important than the glory that awaits us in heaven. But whatever that we suffer now will not compare to the glory that comes in the end. And even to the thinking that our temporary struggles are real, nothing holds more true than actually the glory that is found with God in heaven.
Christians are suppose to be people full of hope and with little to no fears. Even at death, fear does not own it as death for us is being called home to glory and not the end of temporary experiences.
