In The Waiting

I am more and more convince that personality differences is the answer to a lot of conflicts and misunderstanding in our world today.

We all place judgement of any sort base on our lens of our personality. Less we find ourselves stepping back and reevaluate the circumstances we are facing, along with our history, we will rarely figure out the reasons for our actions and decisions. Goes the same with how we deal with others.

Conflict comes from a clash of perspectives and interpretation. Perspectives stems from personality differences because it is through various external factor will come to be interpreted differently by those with different personality traits.

Even as I think back about conflicts that I have with people that do not get along with, I see how personality contributes to at least 50% of the problem.
