For the past 24 hours, I have yet to lay eyes on a single Asian except for one lady, of which I am not sure if she is entirely Asian to begin with. I have been getting stares like never before. It does feel a little awkward with the kind of attention I am getting while walking the streets, but somehow I have to play it off as a distraction from feeling uncomfortable.
The sun rises at 5 in the morning and sets 10 at night, never have I experience such long days. the deception to think that the day is still young find itself at a quick turn of darkness that falls easily into the late night.
The slow paced country leads a clam perspective of livelihood and signifies the appreciation of some of the simplicities of life.
