Wholesome Worship and Prayer

God feels for his children. He is not blind to our struggles and worries and brokenness, but with such condition He ushers us to go to Him.
Even as I place myself into a situation where I come with all my burdens, I am reminded that I can do very little. I used to pray that whenever we come to God in worship, we lay all our problems aside and focus on God but Psalms do asks us to bring our problems into worship, as a token of surrender.
We should not deny our humanity when we glorify God, what I mean is that it is not consistent to go to God and put everything else aside; having that separation. We go to God as humans and we worship God as our whole, even in our brokenness. Unlike a pharisee that wears 2 masks into personal ambitions and spiritual endeavors, they separate the holy side while in character but then deals with their problems when they are not in spiritual character.
There is no separation in God's eyes. We are flawed and even so we ought to come to Him just as we are.
