James 3:17-1817 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.Who would I be if I'd preached the gospel so vigorously and yet found myself in a place where I am in not within the wisdom of God. From all of this heart of mine that I cannot guarantee purity, which I cannot guarantee peace-loving, which I may not turn out to be considerate, that would trouble my submissiveness. Thus, I would be lacking in mercy and good fruit. I would be heavily bias and not coming at a sincere heart.
My natural tendency is to break apart the verse and start dissecting it with its information and justify things. But ultimately, reasoning is the one things that I am good at. And reasoning is not how God always work. So if my wisdom is not pure then I may be in danger of approaching it very earthly, un-spiritually or worst, demonically.
