Let It Burn

Let's find out if it is true...

Something came to me yesterday as I decided to approach my professor and tell him about my perspectives about spiritual gifts. The class seems to revolve around the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers a lot and being a conservative for the most part, I am skeptical with a lot of what is being said.

But more than anything I have become a student of the word that takes emphasis on studying the word well, and if the word says what it says as exegetically as possible from my understanding, I need to submit to what it says.

Thus, as I see the opportunities that come to allow the supernatural work to be manifested, I am going all out and not holding back. Even this is going to be challenge to fully surrender my conscience to allow anything to take place by the work of the Holy Spirit.

I have been prayed over by my professor as an act to stir the Spirit to make its work known to what I do, so help me God that I may embrace this and let His glory display itself.
