The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness has not overcome it.

This verse got to me in an instant as I was watching an old movie for class and relating to the context of the movie I being to reflect on how undeniable God is.
The world has gone its own way since the beginning of time. It seeks its own independence from anything that may hinder them from pursuing their own desires. For such as this is the representation of God is ever mighty sitting on His throne, for whatever that has happened, is happening and about to happen can never foreshadow His very being.
There is no defeat in God... but triumph!
